East Malaysia Case-The Spring Kuching
Our customer, a prominent real estate company based in Kuching, East Malaysia, is renowned for prestigious projects like TheSpring Kuching and TheSpring BinTulu, key shopping and leisure centers in the region.
For their latest project, the customer commissioned a custom landscape sculpture water feature for the entrance of their shopping mall. They specified that the sculpture should be visually striking and closely associated with their brand, and provided an initial concept sketch. We refined this design to integrate their company logo and proceeded with the production of the custom fountain.
The finished fountain features a flower-like design, with a built-in water spray mechanism that mirrors their logo. Crafted from durable 304 stainless steel, the sculpture was meticulously handmade through processes including forging, welding, and polishing, and finished with bronze fluorocarbon paint for longevity—offering up to ten years of service life.
Our Malaysian team conducted on-site surveys, provided installation recommendations, and delivered safety training to ensure a smooth setup.
In the design phase, special attention was given to the flower fountain design, emphasizing The Spring company's image and Malaysia's national flower, the hibiscus. By incorporating hibiscus elements, the design not only reflects the company's brand but also showcases Malaysia’s cultural and natural beauty. Our designers ensured the flower's shape and colors harmonized with the overall landscape, creating a unique artistic feel and symbolic meaning. Additionally, 3D models were provided to give clients a clearer visual representation of the final design, ensuring all details aligned with both the company’s values and Malaysia’s heritage.
During the manufacturing phase, we meticulously follow the design plan, selecting high-quality, durable, and environmentally friendly materials to ensure the flower fountain's structural integrity and long-term performance. All components undergo rigorous quality control checks, guaranteeing precision in every detail. We incorporate advanced technology to balance aesthetics with functionality, while prioritizing sustainability by using eco-friendly materials. The result is a visually appealing, reliable, and sustainable product designed to stand the test of time.
During the installation phase, we provided the client with detailed installation diagrams and on-site guidance to ensure precise assembly of all components. Our engineers paid particular attention to the stability of the water flow system and structural supports, ensuring the fountain functions smoothly and aligns perfectly with the overall landscape design. Our team followed strict safety protocols and worked closely with the client’s construction team, ensuring a seamless installation process and ultimately delivering a beautiful and efficient flower fountain.
